Terms and Conditions – 333x Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 333x ("333x", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the 333x website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. 333x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

The 333x Platform is operated as an online entertainment service. Members access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. 333x does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions and makes no warranty in this regard.

To use the full range of services on the 333x Platform, you must register an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 333x account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 333x will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Using false information to create an account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of funds.
• Pakistani residents: 333x primarily serves Pakistani residents. Account registration is available to individuals who meet the age requirement and whose use of the Platform is otherwise lawful in their location.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 333x support immediately at support@333x.click. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

The 333x Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

333x operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. Additionally, 333x may request verification at any time if required for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is completed.

Documents accepted for KYC verification at 333x include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). In some cases, additional supporting documents such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits and transactions on the 333x Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 333x does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your 333x wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 333x reserves the right to reject deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawal requests at 333x are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC must be complete: Identity verification must be approved before any withdrawal is processed. This is non-negotiable and applies to all members regardless of deposit amount.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers.
• Same method policy: Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Processing times: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. IBFT transfers take 1–4 hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Wagering requirements: Funds originating from active bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Right to review: 333x reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may result in a request for additional documentation and a temporary hold on the withdrawal while the review is completed.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 333x Platform:

• Minimum bet: The minimum stake on any single bet is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-event payouts apply. For Premier League and Champions League matches the maximum payout is Rs 5,000,000. Other events carry lower limits which are displayed in the relevant market.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you begin placing a bet and when it is confirmed. 333x will display the current accepted odds on your bet receipt. You may configure your account to accept any odds changes or only favourable changes.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before the relevant result is determined. Voided bets are refunded in full as a stake return.
• Accumulator rules: In an accumulator, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner and removed from the bet. The accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
• In-play betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. 333x reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice if circumstances require it, for example when a video referee review is underway.
• Obvious errors: 333x reserves the right to void or correct bets that were accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error, even after settlement.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 333x are subject to specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on the Platform:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion card. Where not stated, a default 30x wagering requirement applies.
• One bonus at a time: Members may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim a bonus that you are not eligible for will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat and roulette typically contribute 10%. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation period will expire automatically. Active bonuses that do not meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Abuse prevention: 333x monitors all bonus activity. Any pattern of betting that is designed to exploit a bonus without genuine engagement — such as hedging across outcomes to satisfy wagering while minimising risk — constitutes bonus abuse. 333x reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While a bonus is active, the maximum individual bet stake using bonus funds is Rs 2,000 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

333x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. All bonus decisions made by 333x are final.

The following rules apply specifically to casino and live dealer games on the 333x Platform, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slots:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games, or by physical dealing procedures conducted by trained live dealers for live casino games. 333x does not manipulate outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round — such as a disconnection before a round completes — the round is voided and the stake is returned. 333x is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These are displayed on the game interface before you join a table. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable limits.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles in the 333x library are published and available on request. Selecting a game constitutes acceptance of the published RTP for that game.
• Progressive jackpot winnings at 333x are paid in full. There is no instalment system for jackpot payouts — the entire jackpot amount is credited to your wallet on settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333x Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one account at 333x, whether personally or through third parties.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit any feature.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing errors or guarantee a risk-free profit irrespective of outcomes across markets.
• Sharing or selling your 333x account credentials to any other person.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of third parties, or using the Platform to launder money or proceeds of crime.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you to deposit into your 333x account.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which you have placed a bet, or placing a bet with knowledge of insider information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333x staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for personal gain. Any member who discovers a bug is required to report it to support immediately.

333x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a request from law enforcement, a financial crime authority, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month after a 30-day advance notice period.

You may close your 333x account at any time by contacting support. If your account holds a positive balance at the time of voluntary closure, the remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC is complete. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

333x is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to every member directly within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Changes that reduce a limit take effect immediately. Increases to a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Configure periodic notifications during gaming sessions to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 1 and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet, or play. The period cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. At the end of the exclusion period, re-activation requires a deliberate action and a further cooling-off period.

Your privacy matters to us. The personal data you provide to 333x is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333x's total liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

• 333x is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• 333x is not liable for losses caused by network failures, interruptions in internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 333x makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

333x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory requirement.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the Platform and close your account before the new Terms take effect. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly shown.
